Contribution of Agriculture in Indian Economy is nearly 17.8%.This sector plays a vital role in socio-economic development. So, it requires focus and awareness at all levels.
Presently, agriculture sector has been facing various challenges like soil degradation, nutrition deficiency, post harvest loss etc. However, adverse climate changes is the prominent issue faced by this sector. Thus, there is a need for smart agriculture in India.
