Teacher’s Day celebration was held at Lyallpur Khalsa College Kapurthala in the remembrance of Dr. Sarvepalli Radha Krishan. Program on this occasion were organized by various departments of the college namely the Department of Computer Science & IT, History, Mathematics, Commerce and Political Science. The occasion was graced by the presence of College Principal Dr. Baldev Singh Dhillon, as the chief guest and he was duly welcomed by the respective heads of the aforementioned Departments. Speaking on this occasion, Principal Dr. Baldev Singh Dhillon explained the importance of this particular occasion in the memory of Dr. Radha Krishnan whilst motivating the students towards their goals and to focus on their academic development. Dr. Dhillon also praised the efforts of students regarding the event and encouraged them to reach the pinnacle of success in times to come along with maintaining healthy and respectful ties with their teachers.
